Privacy policy

Data and privacy

Rimpam stores your name, email address, password hash, balance and transaction history. A protected cookie and a one-way IP hash enforce the three free edits. Clearing cookies does not reset the network limit.

Photos and prompts

Your image and prompt are sent to OpenAI for processing. Photos are private and prompts are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the owner and authorized administrators providing technical support. Administrator access to photos and prompts is audited. Images and prompts are deleted after 90 days and can be deleted earlier from your account. Provider cost records and financial records are retained separately.

Cookies

Essential cookies support sign-in, form protection and the free trial limit. We do not use optional advertising or analytics cookies.
